When the family is around, or on weekends, I try to restrict myself so I don't shortchange them. |

The blackberry is off at 11 PM and on at 7 Am. I push away from the computer at COB and usually return after dinner |

I do consciously limit usage when I'm with friends. It's rude to constantly be checking your email and texting when you're spending personal time with someone. It really can wait people. |

When I'm at home. It really ticks my husband off when I pull out my blackberry immediately after I get home from a 12 hour day at work! |

I do not check email as soon as I get up or as soon as I get home. Later maybe. |
