2 Oct 27, 2010 6:44 PM iPad
3 Oct 27, 2010 6:44 PM iPad
4 Oct 27, 2010 6:45 PM The Tesla company. While I have not experienced their products, what they have created and how they intend to finance vehicles the average family can purchase SEEMS unique to me (using sales of luxury items to subsidize more affordable products, usually, it seems, it works the other way).

21 Oct 27, 2010 6:58 PM I'm going to guess that the majority of people will answer with an Apple product (iPhone or iPad), which is well deserved. Jeff Bezos should be given credit for the Kindle and Amazon.com. I was blown away with it when I got the 2nd generation model in early 2009. I couldn't put it down. I read more books in six months than I did the prior six years. And Amazon.com is still the platinum-level leader in online commerce.

29 Oct 27, 2010 7:09 PM My Apple iPad -- it's changed how I waste time. :-) Second is paid-for maintenance for my car. That just is a world of difference from scheduling quarterly oil changes and paying for all that maintenance. I know it's built into the price of the car, so it's not free, but it just makes me feel so much better about owning the car.

58 Oct 27, 2010 8:21 PM Apple's products seem to provide a consistently innovative approach to problems, however, they are much less innovative when it comes to customer service. For instance, you cannot reach a human being at iTunes Music Store. Perhaps there are no humans working there. There is much that could be done to be innovative in customer service, but most people think innovation is only in products and design. Making it easy to deal with a company could be just as innovative as inventing the iPad.
