# Response Date Response Text
1 Aug 22, 2011 1:31 PM Stew Leonard's. A reliably good grocery shopping experience - which is a rarity.
2 Aug 22, 2011 8:01 AM Subaru ... which for more than a decade, has provided us with a quality and efficient car, with no hassles.
3 Aug 21, 2011 10:35 PM Lands' End. Always willing to take back a product that failed to satisfy -- no matter when. I once had a sales person go into the stock room to tell me if two items matched.
4 Aug 20, 2011 11:04 AM Hampton Inn's 100% guarantee: We stayed overnight as we were driving to the beach a few weeks ago. There was a dog in the next room that barked from 12-2AM. We mentioned something the next day at check out and they credit us 100% for the room. It really wasn't their fault and wasn't necessary but what a terrific statement it made to us! Lexus: have owned one for 5 months and couldn't be happier with their service approach, caring, interested attitude. Hilton Honors program - you can always get a room you want at the hotel you want with points - never a hassle
5 Aug 20, 2011 6:47 AM Southwest Airlines did for decades...but in the last year or two they have really have started to become more like the others...since Herb Kelleher and Colleen Barrett left. Too bad. Trader Joes: That is my religion. Love them, Love them, Love them. Good quality food, good prices, innovation, sense of humor and smart, happy people who work in the stores. Uniden phones...have proven the most reliable and their features make sense and are useful. Peet's Coffee...better than Starbuck's and I have a history with them that goes back to their early days. I think the coffee is better. Though the comfort of Starbuck's stores is hard to beat. Hanson's sodas (especially Diet Ginger Ale)...it's the best. I just buy it and drink it up and buy it again (at Trader Joes, of course). (Burp)...Excuse me.

Also, they make it easy to save even more by offering an "opt-in" coupon on some products and also if you join their loyalty program (for free) you can get an extra $5 every case of diapers you order in a month (up to 4 cases).
