Hampton Inn's 100% guarantee: We stayed overnight as we were driving to the beach a few weeks ago. There was a dog in the next room that barked from 12-2AM. We mentioned something the next day at check out and they credit us 100% for the room. It really wasn't their fault and wasn't necessary but what a terrific statement it made to us! Lexus: have owned one for 5 months and couldn't be happier with their service approach, caring, interested attitude. Hilton Honors program - you can always get a room you want at the hotel you want with points - never a hassle |

Southwest Airlines did for decades...but in the last year or two they have really have started to become more like the others...since Herb Kelleher and Colleen Barrett left. Too bad. Trader Joes: That is my religion. Love them, Love them, Love them. Good quality food, good prices, innovation, sense of humor and smart, happy people who work in the stores. Uniden phones...have proven the most reliable and their features make sense and are useful. Peet's Coffee...better than Starbuck's and I have a history with them that goes back to their early days. I think the coffee is better. Though the comfort of Starbuck's stores is hard to beat. Hanson's sodas (especially Diet Ginger Ale)...it's the best. I just buy it and drink it up and buy it again (at Trader Joes, of course). (Burp)...Excuse me. |

Scarsdale Hardware. I went to the store looking for a patch of screen for my ripped screen door. When they didn't have something they could sell to me, they offered to fix the door for me that day if I could bring it to them. I was under a time crunch putting my house on the market and they understood the urgency. Fixed the door in less than 3 hours! I stated in an earlier question, the service in this store is personal, friendly and fast - and they carry everything! |

Earths Best. & diapers.com Only diaper that does not give diaper rash to a kid. I started with my third child. Unbelievable difference. AND, ok for the environment. I am considering switching to their toilet paper and other goods. Very impressed. Buy off diapers.com to get exactly what I need. Cant get right sizes and price at local stores. Also now buy other child items of diapers.com; presents, books, organic baby food, etc... Use diapers.com for ease of shopping. no shipping costs. excellent. new member offers, coupons, etc. constant discounts separately just got 5 mp3s from Earth Best, buy 2 get music mix download..... great for my kids. |

Diapers.com, which is really more of a merchant than a retailer, but they've earned my loyalty. Their prices are already very competitive, but with free 1-day shipping, it's icing on the cake. Also, they make it easy to save even more by offering an "opt-in" coupon on some products and also if you join their loyalty program (for free) you can get an extra $5 every case of diapers you order in a month (up to 4 cases). Last week I ordered a toy that had a crack in the back when it was delivered, I called their customer service and the guy told me to donate it on their behalf and he sent me a replacement with 2-day shipping for free. With cost savings and excellent customer service, they win in my book. |

The second time I ordered from them the order was delivered with a broken vase so I wrote them an email and they responded almost immediately with a list of options for me (1. full refund 2. new order sent to same address 3. new order sent to separate address, etc). I have run into issues with other floral delivery companies and was simply offered dollars off the order vs a full refund. The fact that they offered it up-front and responded very quickly was much appreciated. |

Whole Foods - I was looking for a certain brand of cookie dough (its delicious and my friends think I make it from scratch...), they were out of stock, by the employee made sure to ask around and check different locations at the store, to make sure it was really out of stock, told me he would order it and to come back in a couple days, on my second attempt, they were still out, but because they'd told me it would be there, they gave me a different brand to try, very nice but I really wanted this brand, so on the third attempt (after telling me it would be in-stock again), one of the employees talked to a manager and realized it was in stock but the packaging was damaged, so he gave it to me for free, just so I could have it. Good customer service. |

DirecTV, though annoying; they do do everything they can to keep you happy and fix issues, even though the wait on the phone is ridiculous, they try to work on that as well |

The companies I've worked for have convinced me of there quality and I will probably be brand loyal forever even though I no longer work for them. Anheuser-Busch SirusXM Radio. (If they were still split I would only be loyal to XM) |

Target. They have not done anything special to earn my loyalty except to keep providing clean stores with good products that forces me to go in for one item and come out spending $100 on things I "must" have. |

Coborn's Delivers (online grocery store in Minneapolis) -- have been a loyal shopper since it started as Simon Delivers. They make my life so easy -- their delivery people even help me unpack groceries. If there's a product that isn't good or I ordered wrong, they never argue, they return my money or send out a replacement. |
